The club is a joint venture between Avon County Scouts and Girlguiding Bristol &amp; South Gloucestershire.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid border float-md-end ms-md-4 mb-4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asgwa.co.uk\/canoeing\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/canoeing-page.jpg\" \/><br \/>We aim to provide people of Guide and Scout age and older with an enjoyable paddling experience through the provision of taster sessions and training courses leading toward British Canoeing Awards or Scout Adventurous Activities Paddling Permits. Our sessions comply with rules set by Scouting and Girlguiding.<\/p>\n<p>We provide kayaking, canoeing and stand up paddle boarding sessions with modern, appropriately sized kit to suit paddlers from young members to adults.<\/p>\n<p>The team of instructors hold British Canoeing qualifications and\/or hold a scout adventurous activity permit.
