In order to fulfil this challenge on B1 waters POR requires your leaders to hold an appropriate Activity Permit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike sailing, pulling or canoeing there is no national body for this activity, so 14 years ago we developed a training programme and check list to comply with the requirements of POR.
