Booking information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Rowing sessions run in the summer months between 6:30pm \u2013 8:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Each session is scheduled to be on the water for at least an hour.<\/p>\n

General enquires for information and assistance can be made by emailing: rowing@avonscouts.org.uk<\/strong><\/p>\n

Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Up to 18 participants can be accommodated for any one period, depending on the availability of boats and Instructors (5 or 6 people form a crew for each boat). Larger numbers can be accommodated in a session by double banking oars or taking turns.<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a350 per session for each boat.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment by bank transfer (BACS) option will create a provisional booking.<\/p>\n

The JGSRPC bank is LLOYDS sort code: 30-54-66 & account number: 20828268. Please email when transfer is made with the identifying reference to the above email address so your payment can be identified.
\nYour session\/s will remain provisional for 14 days. After which, if payment is not received, the sessions will become available again for booking.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

All session cancellations by the hirer will be subject to a handling charge of \u00a35.<\/p>\n

Sessions cancelled within four weeks of their due date; the refund, less handling charge, will be dependent upon the sessions being re-booked.<\/p>\n

A full refund will be given for any sessions cancelled by JGSRPC due to the weather, instructor shortage, water quality, or as directed by the harbour master.<\/p>\n
