Powerboat courses also use the Floating harbour up to the Benjamin Perry Water Activity Centre.<\/p>\n<p>The Harbour is soaked in history and is very attractive, it can also be very busy at times.<\/p>\n<p>Although power normally gives way to sail we give way to the Matthew and historic boats like John King as they pass through. There are however no tides to contend with and we have our own slipway, yard and pontoon.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our yard is in the Bristol Clean Air Zone<\/b><br \/>Parking after 7pm is free on some neighbouring streets and you can get a free 30min ticket from 6.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>On street parking is free on Sundays. On Saturdays there are car parks and meters for on street parking but there have been a lot of changes recently. We will try to advise course participants about parking at the time of their course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We use classrooms and facilities at;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Severnside Sub-Aqua Club, The Old Stable Block, Cambria Yard, Avon Cres, Bristol BS1 6XQ<br \/>And Young Bristol Activity Centre, Pooles Wharf, Hotwell Rd, Hotwells, Bristol BS8 4RU<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col wow fadeInRight\">\n<div class=\"block h-100\">\n<h2 class=\"fw-bold bg-secondary text-white text-center text-uppercase py-2 px-4 mb-3\">Chew Valley Lake Sailing Club<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/cC3A9BbtHY7mFP8t7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid w-100 mb-3\" Valley Lake Sailing Club and have access to CVLSC boats.<\/p>\n<p>Scouts and Explorers with sailing experience of RYA Level 2 or Stage 2 and beyond are able to experience trapezing, racing and sailing
