The Joint Guide and Scout Rowing and Pulling Club (JGSRPC)
Guides, Rangers, Senior Section, Scouts and Explorers can learn to row, handle a boat, work as a crew and have fun, while exploring the vibrant and historic Bristol Harbourside.
Adult groups – Network, Trefoil, Active Service units or Leaders – are also most welcome.
Young people with special needs can usually be accommodated.
Based at the Benjamin Perry Boathouse on Bristol’s Floating Harbour, the Club runs fun taster sessions and badge training courses in our own boats, afloat in Bristol Floating Harbour, throughout the Spring and Summer months. Instruction is given by fully qualified Instructors holding the necessary Activity Permits and Authorisations from both Guide and Scout Associations.
